Title Consortium – Fiscal and Office Administrator
Job Information

The Consortium is seeking a Fiscal and Office Administrator: This position supports the fiscal and administrative functions of the Consortium. This role is a combination of hands on service delivery and supervision.  This role is key to ensuring effective support systems including administrative support with accounts payable. A high degree of customer service, predictability, good judgment and confidentiality are required in this role, as well as a strong ability to anticipate administrative needs and manage multiple priorities in a non-profit committed to social justice.

Specific responsibilities: Supervise and support the Fiscal and Administrative Coordinator to ensure all payables are processed, public assistance benefits are managed, and rental agreements are maintained. Ensure that Rep Payee Accounts, Flex Funds and Charges for Care are balanced and up-to-date each month.  Review Consortium bank statements monthly.  Serve as liaison during the annual audit.  Communicate regularly with Program Directors regarding established fiscal processes and ensure detailed expense review and process approval, as well as track and maintain all archives.

Requirements:

Education: Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred; related experience will be considered in lieu of education.

Other Related: Excellent interpersonal and writing skills; familiarity with basic accounting practices; ability to manage multiple priorities; highly organized; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality; customer service orientation and project management skills; a commitment to social justice. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
