The Consortium is seeking a Human Resource and Billing Specialist: 20 hours Monday through Thursday, 9:30 am to 2:30 pm, in Holyoke. The primary areas this position is responsible for are: recruitment and hiring related support, billing/accounts receivable related tracking and special projects as assigned. The Human Resource and Billing Specialist also answers general Human Resource inquiries and provides other assistance as needed/requested. The person in this position works with a diverse group of candidates and employees at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload.

Specific responsibilities of the Human Resource and Billing Specialist include: processing recruitment related and hiring paperwork, processing driver record checks, conducting new hire orientation, tracking billing/accounts receivables; organizing, maintaining, and reviewing personnel records; data entry and retrieval; conducting reference checks, reviewing application packets for quality assurance, preparing hiring documents, and maintaining filing systems.

Requirements: Intermediate Microsoft Office experience with emphasis in Outlook, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Access database and other database systems preferred.
