Quality Advancement Manager

GENERAL DUTIES: The Quality Advancement Manager designs, implements and monitors quality related systems for Home & Community Connections.  This position directly supervises the Human Rights Coordinator as well as the Nurse and Health Supports Coordinator.  In addition, this QA Manager teams with H&CC related training and onboarding processes, to ensure consistent quality delivery.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Excellent written and oral communication skills; superior organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines; detail oriented; Microsoft Suite familiarity; database familiarity including Access; supervision and management experience

HOURS:  Full time (40 hours per week), non-exempt position with great benefits. Scheduled work hours may be flexed to accommodate project needs as necessary.
