The Western Massachusetts Training Consortium’s Home and Community Connections program is currently seeking a Residential Coordinator to join our Shared Living, Autism/Individual Supports team for our Holyoke and surrounding towns – supporting people in our Individual Options/less than 24 hour supports Model.

This position involves a combination of supervision, administrative, direct care and on-call responsibilities, and is responsible for managing the day to day operations of individual supports to assigned individuals in multiple locations in a variety of settings. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, teaching/instructional ability, good communication skills, patience, ability to work under time/demand pressure, flexibility, and willingness to accept high levels of responsibility. Minimum of two years’ experience in direct care to persons with developmental disabilities or related field.  Experience with Shared Living, Autism Supports and Individual Options support models preferred. Undergraduate degree in human service field or education preferred – direct care and administrative experience may be substituted for education requirement. Supervision experience preferred. Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and reliable transportation required with 3 years positive driving history. Basic computer skills (Windows/internet) & ability to safely lift 25 pounds required.
