Home & Community Connections – Support Staff/Direct Support Professional

Full time, Part-time and Relief (Per Diem) positions are available in the Greater Holyoke and Belchertown areas, including Chicopee, Palmer, South Hadley and Ware. Evening, overnight and weekend hours are available. A high school diploma/G.E.D is highly preferred and two years driving is required. Having personal/professional experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
