The RECOVER Project; a well-established peer-to-peer recovery support program with a strong community presence, is seeking a part-time Young Adult Activities Coordinator to join our team. The Young Adult Activities Coordinator will work with young people, 18 to 25 years’ old who are in recovery from a substance use disorder. The Coordinator will have the ability to build trusting, positive, and strength based relationships with young adults to create engaging activities with a focus on education, career development, health/fitness and the arts.

The successful applicant will use a strength based approach to cultivate and foster a safe and secure environment and will be responsible to develop and implement processes and procedures for garnering meaningful feedback from participants and use data to impact design and implementation of programs, policies and practices. The ideal candidate will uphold the value of multiple pathways of recovery, support peer to peer connections and provide resource information as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a requirement.
