Community Coordinator based in Greenfield: 15 to 20 hours. Join the RLC team as a Community Coordinator. The Community Coordinator offers direct peer support and group facilitation, as well as community oversight, outreach and development based at the RLC’s Greenfield Center.  $15 to $17.00 per hour (based on completion of core trainings and/or bilingual fluency).

Requirements: Some flexibility with schedule and ability to work independently; Your own experience living through trauma, psychiatric diagnosis, homelessness, problems with substances and/or a variety of other life-interrupting challenges; Understanding and commitment to examining and undoing systemic oppression related to racism, gender, psychiatric diagnosis, etc.); A Plus: Familiarity with c/s/x, mad, peer, recovery, and/or human rights movements; A car you can use during work; Some coordination, organizing and/or supervisory experience; Intentional Peer Support, and/or other trainings relevant to peer-to-peer support (Hearing Voices, Alternatives to Suicide, etc.); Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/ASL)/Bicultural. AA/EOE.
