Job Information


Bilingual (English/Spanish) Advocate (up to 14 hours, with additional per diem hours possible) at the Western Mass Recovery Learning Community’s Hampden-based Centers (Holyoke and Springfield).  Help grow our community, offer peer-to-peer support, facilitate groups, and more.

Your own experience living through trauma, psychiatric diagnosis, homelessness, addiction and/or a variety of other life-interrupting challenges required. Understanding and commitment to examining and undoing systemic oppression related to racism, gender, psychiatric diagnosis, etc., also required. Intentional Peer Support, Certified Peer Specialist training and other trainings relevant to peer-to-peer work (Hearing Voices, Alternatives to Suicide, etc.) a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Bicultural preferred.  AA/EOE.
