Program Managers – Home & Community Connections
Home and Community Connections is seeking Program Manager’s for our 24hr residential homes. This position involves a combination of supervision, administrative, direct support and on-call responsibilities, along with being responsible for managing the day to day operations of individual supports. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, teaching/instructional ability, good communication skills, patience, ability to effectively prioritize and manage time. There are on call weekends approximately every 3rd weekend.
REQUIREMENTS: Management experience is preferred. A High School diploma/G.E.D is preferred but not required. Life/work experience with people with developmental disabilities preferred. A Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and reliable transportation required with 2 years positive driving history. Basic computer skills (Windows/internet) & ability to safely lift 25 pounds required.
HOURS: Full time, salaried (exempt) position including on-call.
SALARY: $41,000.00 – $43,000.00 per year
