We are currently seeking a Administrative and Billing Coordinator: 20 hours Monday through Thursday, 9:30 am to 2:30 pm, in Holyoke. $18-20/per hour.  The Administrative and Billing Coordinator is responsible for recruitment and hiring related support, billing/accounts receivable related tracking and special projects as assigned. The Administrative and Billing Coordinator also answers general Human Resource inquiries and provides other assistance as requested. The person in this position works with a diverse group of candidates and employees at all levels of the organization.

Specific responsibilities of this position include: processing recruitment related and hiring paperwork, driver record checks, new hire orientation, tracking billing/accounts receivables; organizing, maintaining, and reviewing personnel records; data entry and retrieval; reference checks, reviewing application packets for quality assurance, preparing hiring documents, and maintaining filing systems.

Requirements: Intermediate Microsoft Office experience with emphasis in Outlook and Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Access database and other database systems preferred.
