Job: RECOVER Project – Recovery Coach Supervisor

Recovery Coach Supervisor – Part-Time 12-24 hours a week, $20/hr

The RECOVER Project is seeking a Recovery Coach Supervisor who is excited and passionate about helping individuals achieve their personal and professional goals. The Recovery Coach Supervisor will provide positive, and solution based supervision that encompasses administrative support, professional development, and social/emotional wellbeing to The RECOVER Projects Recovery Coach Volunteers. The successful candidate will work with our current Recovery Coach Supervisor to build an innovative Peer to Peer Recovery Coach Learning Community and Support System. The Recovery Coach Supervisors will grow and maintain partnerships with community organizations to develop a fluid support and resource network.

The right candidate will have strong collaboration skills, demonstrated leadership ability, a practiced understanding of creating conditions for trauma informed engagement, and an appreciation of diverse cultures. Individuals who bring culturally diverse perspectives are encouraged to apply.

Minimum Qualifications are:

• Completion of Recovery Coach Academy and Ethical Considerations for Recovery Coaching trainings
• Completion of Recovery Coach Supervisor Training (will assist in obtaining training to right candidate)
• Massachusetts Certified Addictions Recovery Coach designation (can be actively working toward)
• 3 years lived experience with substance use recovery
• Excellent interpersonal, management, and organizational skills
• Able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Competent in the use of computers including MS Office
