Benefits for Employees
The Western Massachusetts Training Consortium has made a commitment as an organization to change how we approach our organizational mission, vision, and values. One of our commitments was to revisit our mission statement and move from identifying as a multi-cultural organization to a social-justice organization that is committed to anti-racism.
