The Western Massachusetts Training Consortium is hiring for a Director of Quality, Training and Recruitment to join our team. This position is a salaried, full-time role and is in-person, working from our offices in downtown Holyoke.

Responsibilities:
This position will oversee all quality, training and recruitment components of Home & Community Connections. The Director of Quality, Training and Recruitment will establish strategies to ensure recruitment, training and licensing standards are understood and met on a consistent basis. This position involves a combination of supervision, administrative, training, and mentoring. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, teaching/instructional ability, good communication skills, patience, ability to effectively.
Requirements:
Minimum of two years’ experience in quality and training related to persons with developmental disabilities or related field. An undergraduate degree in human service field or education preferred – direct care and administrative experience may be substituted for education requirement. Supervision experience preferred. Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Basic computer skills (Windows/internet) & ability to safely lift 25 pounds required.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday – full time, salaried exempt in person position
