POSITION: Fiscal and Administrative Coordinator Full-time, 40 hours, non-exempt

We are currently seeking a Fiscal and Administrative Coordinator to team with our Fiscal Coordinator and Fiscal and Administrator (supervisor) to meet the daily fiscal needs in the Consortium’s administrative offices in Holyoke. This position serves a critical need in ensuring smooth fiscal and administrative processes. This position serves as the first in-person point of contact for visitors at the Consortium’s Holyoke offices and is responsible for creating a welcoming environment. This person also coordinates all office supplies inventory and ordering, as well as maintaining organization and cleanliness of common spaces, providing meeting preparation support, and administrative support to executive level positions.
REQUIREMENTS:

- A team spirit but also able to work independently, and able to take initiative.
- Demonstrated experience with fiscal processes, financial projects, and activities.
- Ability to manage confidential information and support sensitive situations.
- Good judgement, organizational skills, and a collaborator.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, databases, and online communication including email.
- Familiar with billing, bank accounts and statements, balancing accounts, financial allocations, keeping pertinent records and managing relevant fiscal inquiries.
- Must have an advanced knowledge in Excel (creating worksheets, workbooks, formulas, data sorting and filters, formatting worksheets, saving, etcetera).
- Demonstrated commitment to social justice.
- Ability to reconcile accounts and follow up to ensure timely submission and processing.
- Ability to follow through on project related assignments in a complete and timely manner.
- Able to articulate what needs to be done and work with a team to see a project to completion.
- A commitment to valuing people with lived experience and an ability to honor differences.
- Fluency in Spanish – bilingual and bicultural preferred.
- Bookkeeping, accounting, or fiscal experience preferred.
PAY RANGE: $19 – $21/Hour
